Easy summer recipe for peaches, topped with Original Recipe Granola:
Poached Peaches
Put 2c white wine, 1c water, 1/4 c sugar, and 2T maple syrup in a small pan and boil for 20-30 minutes until reduced by half.
Turn off the heat and add a rosemary spring and sit for 10 minutes.
Put 4 or 5 peeled and halved peaches in a roasting pan with the liquid and bake for 40 minutes, basting frequently. Top with ice cream of your choice and granola.
Nothing says summer like peaches!
